HOPE News and Newsletter Publishing Structure

HOPE News and Newsletter Publishing Structure

HOPE OF TWO BROTHERS (HOPE) uses its Official Journal and Publishing Hub as the central source for public news, newsletters, training announcements, opportunities, articles and institutional updates.

The purpose of this structure is to ensure that information is published once, classified correctly and then distributed to the appropriate HOPE website sections.

Why HOPE Uses a Central Publishing System

HOPE operates several connected digital platforms.

If the same announcement were written separately on every website, information could easily become inconsistent, duplicated or outdated.

The central publishing model is therefore:

Create once → Label correctly → Publish centrally → Display on the appropriate HOPE platforms

This approach improves consistency, reduces repeated work and helps maintain an accurate public record.

News

The label News should be used for confirmed institutional news.

Examples include:

  • completed activities;

  • official institutional developments;

  • programme achievements;

  • partnership activities;

  • public events;

  • major organizational announcements;

  • important HOPE updates.

News should report confirmed information rather than unapproved plans.

A news post may also use additional labels.

Example:

News + Training

or

News + Partner

Newsletter

The label Newsletter should be used for official HOPE newsletter editions.

A newsletter may contain:

  • recent activities;

  • programme updates;

  • learner stories;

  • training highlights;

  • organizational development;

  • upcoming opportunities;

  • research or learning resources;

  • partnership updates.

Recommended labels:

Newsletter + News

Each newsletter should have a clear publication period or edition number where appropriate.

Example:

HOPE Newsletter — September 2026

Training Announcements

Official training announcements should use:

Training

When the programme has not yet started, add:

Upcoming

When applications are open, add:

Admission

If it is an official public notice, add:

Notice

For example:

Training + Upcoming + Admission + Notice

The same post can then appear in the relevant Academy and public information sections without being republished.

Admission Notices

Use:

Admission + Notice

If the notice relates to a specific training programme, also add:

Training

Example:

Training + Admission + Notice

Admission posts should contain only confirmed information such as:

  • programme name;

  • application opening date;

  • closing date;

  • eligibility;

  • available places where confirmed;

  • training dates where confirmed;

  • fees where confirmed;

  • sponsorship status where confirmed;

  • official application link.

Applications should be submitted through:

https://apply.hope2b.org

Opportunities

The label:

Opportunity

should be used for appropriate opportunities such as:

  • scholarships;

  • training opportunities;

  • internships;

  • partner opportunities;

  • calls for participation;

  • professional-development opportunities.

Where the opportunity belongs to another institution, the source and conditions should be represented accurately.

Example labels:

Opportunity + News

or

Opportunity + Training

Notices

The label:

Notice

is the primary label for official announcements that require attention.

Examples include:

  • deadline changes;

  • schedule changes;

  • venue updates;

  • programme notices;

  • examination announcements;

  • application announcements;

  • administrative notices.

A notice should normally include another label identifying its subject.

Examples:

Training + Notice

Admission + Notice

Student-Affairs + Notice

Exam + Notice

Articles

Use:

Article

for educational, professional or institutional articles.

Articles may cover areas such as:

  • entrepreneurship;

  • management;

  • vocational development;

  • business improvement;

  • digital skills;

  • workplace development;

  • leadership;

  • productivity;

  • research;

  • practical learning.

Articles should not be labelled News unless they genuinely report news.

Guides

Use:

Guide

for practical step-by-step instructional material.

Examples include:

  • application guides;

  • learning guides;

  • entrepreneurship guides;

  • business-process guides;

  • digital guides;

  • student instructions.

A guide may also carry another subject label.

Example:

Guide + Training

or

Guide + Student-Affairs

Success Stories

Use:

Success-Story

for verified stories about positive outcomes arising from HOPE programmes or supported activities.

The individual or organization concerned should have appropriate permission before personal or sensitive information is published.

Recommended labels:

Success-Story + News

If related to training:

Success-Story + Training + News

Partnership News

Use:

Partner

when the post relates specifically to institutional cooperation or partnership activity.

Example:

Partner + News

No person or organization should be described as an official HOPE partner unless the relationship has been confirmed.

Student Affairs

Student-related public announcements should use:

Student-Affairs

Additional labels identify the type of information.

Examples:

Exam notice
Student-Affairs + Exam + Notice

Assignment notice
Student-Affairs + Assignment + Notice

Result announcement
Student-Affairs + Result + Notice

Sensitive student information should never be published openly through Blogger.

The Student Portal should ultimately handle private student records:

https://student.hope2b.org

Certificate and Verification Information

General certificate announcements may be published through the Journal where appropriate.

Individual certificate validation, however, should be handled through the dedicated verification system:

https://verify.hope2b.org

Certificate records should not be treated as valid merely because they appear in a Blogger post.

Standard Label Set

HOPE should use the following controlled publishing labels:

Institutional
About
Founders
Greeting
Vision
Mission
Objectives
Governance

Publishing
News
Newsletter
Article
Guide
Success-Story
Partner

Programme and Opportunity
Training
Upcoming
Admission
Opportunity
Notice

Student
Student-Affairs
Exam
Assignment
Result

These labels should be written consistently. Variations such as Student Affairs, student-affairs, Newsletter2026 or similar alternatives should not be created unless the publishing structure is intentionally changed.

Publishing Rule

Before publishing any HOPE post:

Confirm → Classify → Label → Publish → Check

First confirm that the information is accurate.

Then classify the content correctly.

Apply only the necessary approved labels.

Publish through the Official Journal.

Finally, check that it appears in the correct HOPE website section.

Core Publishing Principle

Publish once, classify correctly, and allow the HOPE digital ecosystem to distribute the information to the appropriate audience.

This publishing structure forms the basis of the HOPE central content-management system.
